We are looking for energetic and skilled Baristas to join our Canberra casual pool. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across education and corporate environments depending on operational needs.
This is a casual pool role. Shifts are offered based on business demand and your availability. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week.
THE POSITION
* Create consistently high quality coffee with attention to detail
* Deliver warm and professional customer service
* Work confidently during busy service periods while maintaining standards
* Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with hygiene requirements
* Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
THE PERSON
* Minimum 2 years Barista experience including latte art
* Barista Certificate is desirable but not essential with strong hands on experience
* Friendly, reliable and confident communicator
* Strong time management skills in fast paced environments
* Comfortable working independently and within a team
* Able to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
