About The Opportunity
As a Courtesy Bus Driver, you will provide safe, reliable and professional transport for customers while their vehicles are being serviced. This role is highly customer-focused and suited to someone friendly, punctual and safety-conscious. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
Understanding the impact that exceptional service can have on the teams success through positive customer satisfaction and feedback following a completed jobPick up and/or delivery of people and vehicles, driving carefully and in accordance with road rulesMeeting dealership standards and quality assuranceTransferring customers to and from their points of destinationProvide frontline customer serviceSome cleaning requiredAssist with reception calls, administration and other ad-hoc duties
About You
Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
Current and valid driver's licence with a clean driving recordProven safe driving history and strong road awarenessExcellent customer service and communication skillsFriendly, professional and well-presentedReliable, punctual and well organisedAbility to maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic daily checksMust be eligible to work in Australia
