Our bakery uses high-quality West Australian produce to create fresh bread and pastries daily. We aim to constantly evolve our range with the seasons and create new products through inspiration.
We seek a specialist bread baker to grow our organic sourdough bread line in our busy Boulangerie.
Main Responsibilities
* Create and expand our organic sourdough breads product range
* Ensure the use of high-quality raw materials and ingredients
* Coordinate the baking process from maturing, shaping, and presentation of products
* Maintain ovens and equipment
* Ensure occupational health and safety standards
Requirements
* Relevant qualification, ideally trained in France or French institution
* Minimum 5 years of experience
* Creativity, communication and teamwork capability, organisational skills
