2IC – Diploma Qualified (Leadership Role)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Diploma educator ready to step into a leadership position.
In this role, you will:
* Support the Centre Director in daily operations
* Mentor and guide educators
* Drive compliance with NQF & NQS
* Build strong, professional relationships with families
* Step into the Director role when required
You will need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF & NQS
* Leadership experience or readiness to step up
* Excellent communication skills
* Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR & Child Protection
Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
We are seeking a dedicated ECT who is passionate about delivering meaningful, play-based programs and leading educational excellence.
In this role, you will:
* Develop and implement high-quality educational programs
* Lead curriculum planning and critical reflection
* Support and mentor educators within your room
* Maintain strong family engagement
* Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS
You will need:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA approved)
* Strong understanding of EYLF & NQS
* Leadership capability within a room
* Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR & Child Protection
Diploma Qualified Educator
We are looking for a passionate, reliable and team-focused Diploma educator who takes pride in delivering high-quality care and education.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is confident in implementing the EYLF within daily practice
* Brings positive energy and professionalism to the team
* Builds strong, respectful relationships with children and families
* Is proactive, organised and takes initiative
* Values teamwork and open communication
* Is committed to continuous improvement and professional growth
You will need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Sound knowledge of EYLF & NQS
* Experience working in a long day care setting
* Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR & Child Protection
