**The Opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage urban design projects across various stages of the project life cycle
- Develop and execute creative design strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional urban design outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on urban design, public spaces, and placemaking.
- Conduct site analysis, research, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and visualizations.
- Mentor and support the development of junior designers and team members.
**Who Are You?**
You are a dynamic thinker, passionate about leadership and building strong stakeholder relationships. You have a proven track record of contributing to large-scale projects in a consulting environment, with the ability to manage complex design initiatives successfully. Your strong grasp of urban design principles, practices, and trends is complemented by excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in urban design, urban planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in urban design or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
