Lead Health Services Manager
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing medical, allied health, and aged care services. As a senior manager, you will lead daily operations and strategic planning to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Healthcare or Business Management, along with significant experience in practice management and trauma-informed care delivery. They will also have a strong understanding of Aboriginal health, trauma-informed care, and clinical governance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing staff, budgets, and accreditation compliance
* Promoting culturally safe and evidence-based health service delivery
