We currently have a casual opportunity for a passionate Chef to join our talented culinary team at The Galley Kitchen.
This position offers flexibility across a 7-day roster, with evening and weekend availability essential.

About you
You're a teamplayer who brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and pride to everything you do in the kitchen.
With previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, you're confident under pressure and love creating dishes that leave a lasting impression.
You'll bring
Demonstrated experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment
A collaborative and open-minded approach – always ready to learn and grow
A commitment to producing high-quality food across a variety of styles
High standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
A current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
A current Cert III in Commercial Cookery is essential for this role.
All candidates progressing to the next stage of recruitment will complete relevant checks, including a criminal history check, reference checks, and right-to-work verification – all facilitated by The Wests Group.
