About the role
We are seeking an experienced Glazier/Glass Replacement Specialist to join our team at All Glass Gold Coast Pty Ltd in Nerang, QLD. This is a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality glazing and glass replacement services to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
* Residential & Commercial Glass Replacements for Aluminum & Timber Windows & Doors
* Installation of New Windows & Doors
* Installing of New Commercial Shopfront & Internal Partitions
* Installing of Mirrors & Shower Screens
* Fabrication & Installation of Insect Fly Screens & Invisi-Gard Security Screens
* Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to safely and efficiently complete all glass installation and replacement tasks
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, offering product recommendations, and delivering a professional and courteous service
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work vehicle to ensure efficient service delivery
* Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a qualified Glazier or in a similar glass installation/replacement role
* Minimum 4 years of experience within glass replacements (E.g. Reglazing)
* Strong technical skills in measuring, cutting, and installing various types of glass products
* Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Current driver's license
* Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and a commitment to workplace health and safety
* Experience within Fabrication of Security Screens & Commercial Products is favorable.
