This is an opportunity to own the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring leaders to shape workforce outcomes. Your Role Reporting into the Talent Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business, managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles (both blue and white collar) across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering a seamless candidate experience and influencing hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end across Australia and New Zealand Develop targeted sourcing strategies across SEEK and LinkedIn Deliver a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience Proactively manage multiple roles (20–30 at any one time) Ensure recruitment processes are compliant and well-documented Support onboarding and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Key Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in-house Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions Strong sourcing capability across SEEK, LinkedIn and direct channels Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills Confident, proactive and comfortable providing guidance or pushback to stakeholders Experience recruiting across blue and white collar roles (highly regarded) Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience (desirable) Experience recruiting within manufacturing, construction, engineering, industrial or similarly technical sectors (highly regarded) Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes (20 - 30 roles concurrently) What’s on Offer Join a collaborative, down-to-earth and supportive team Hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 from home) Broad and varied role with national exposure Opportunity to influence and improve recruitment processes Competitive salary long-term career growth Benefits Access to discounted health insurance Recognition through a peer-to-peer ‘AAA’ awards and nominations programme A dedicated Wellbeing Committee focused on mental health, community engagement, diversity & inclusion, and social initiatives Access to discounted gym memberships, fitness apparel and more Free onsite parking Why Apply?
