Border Express currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Accounts Customer Support Officer to join our team at our Brisbane branch located in Underwood. This proactive customer support position focuses on identifying and resolving issues efficiently.

Duties:

1. Actioning customer inquiries promptly and responding professionally across all channels: email, webforms, chats, and phone calls.
2. Providing high-quality service and communication to key internal and external stakeholders.
3. Proficiently raising queries in the internal ticketing system (training will be provided) and carrying out investigations to provide accurate and timely responses to customers.

Skills and Experience:

* Demonstrated ability to assist customers with queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Ability to learn and work within multiple software systems and multitask seamlessly, handling high-priority tickets, answering calls, and compiling reports.
* Transport, logistics, or high-volume customer service experience is highly desirable.
* Well-developed time management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* Initiative, drive, and a willingness to be an active team member.
* Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
* Ability to develop positive and professional relationships with customers.
* Strong attention to detail.
