Key Responsibilities

* Meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and assigned by your manager.
* Conduct thorough insurance reviews for clients to recommend suitable products, assess risk, and issue policies.
* Establish strong relationships with insureds to enhance brand affinity and loyalty.
Requirements
* Proven sales skills with a history of developing, tracking, and closing leads.
* Advanced consultative selling techniques and thorough product knowledge.
* Active and unrestricted state-issued license(s) required to place property and casualty insurance.
This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed hourly base rate of pay plus commission/bonus. Potential compensation range could average from $90,000 - $250,000.
