Customer Service Champion
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer accounts, orders, and communication effectively
* Resolve escalated enquiries, complaints, and complex issues via phone and email
* Mentor and support junior representatives in coaching and guidance
* Evaluate service standards and refine processes and documentation for continuous improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
* Prepare quotes, process invoices, update CRM, and product specifications with precision
* Coordinate artwork proofs, printing details, and specification updates as required
* Oversee dispatch communication, delivery dates, and customer stock schedules
* Foster strong customer relationships through proactive updates and regular follow-ups
* Support the Customer Service Manager in reporting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
