**About the Company**

**About the Role**

The team assistant will provide support for two C-Suite Executives:

- Greet visitors, screen & forward calls, receiving/sorting of mail and deliveries
- Anticipate and order appropriate office supplies (kitchen & stationery, etc)
- Actively manage the diaries, travel requirements and administrative needs
- Providing high-level executive and administrative assistance to C-Suite Executives
- Liaise and organise meetings with external contractors/suppliers;
- Process all Executive Managers credit card expenses and invoices in a timely manner
- Maintain and coordinate an effective calendar and filing system, ensuring that the Executives competing demands are effectively managed;
- Co-ordinate relevant staff responses and/or input into projects, programs, reports, correspondence and corporate issues;
- Prepare agendas and minutes of various internal and external meetings convened or attended by the Executives, as well as follow up on matters arising at such meetings on behalf of the Executives;
- Develop minutes of meetings for all executive engagement and interactions both internally and externally;
- Undertake other tasks reasonably required from time to time

**About You**

Are you a people person who loves variety and can keep pace with a busy diary and office? This role would suit an experienced Senior PA/EA/Office Manager in providing a range of secretarial and administrative support services.

This is a challenging and dynamic position which requires energy and passion for the work.

To be the successful applicant you will need to demonstrate:

- Significant experience working with senior management at PA/EA/Office Manager level
- Advanced skills in administration and computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective time management strategies and ability to prioritise a pressured workload
- Strong interpersonal skills - Have experience with discretion and executing judgement
- High level of resilience and ability to respond to changing demands/needs
- Corporate presentation with a confident and friendly personality
- Flexible, forward thinking, enthusiastic, confident with decision making, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
