A Police Check is required for this role. What you'll do: Work on-site Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays). Utilise your excellent communication skills to assist customers. Perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. What we're looking for: 2-3 years of customer service experience (call centre, administration, or retail). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience working in an office environment. Computer skills, including strong typing, mouse, and monitor proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems. While not required, previous government experience is a bonus.
