About the Opportunity:
As the senior executive leader, you will oversee both
clinical and operational functions

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership across all clinical, operational, and corporate functions of the hospital, ensuring alignment with organisational vision and national standards.
* Oversee workforce strategy, quality governance, patient safety systems, and service delivery models to support excellent clinical outcomes.
* Build strong professional relationships with medical specialists, VMOs, external partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration and hospital growth.
* Ensure the hospital meets all regulatory, accreditation, and risk management requirements while maintaining a culture of transparency and accountability.
* Lead business planning, financial performance, and operational efficiency across departments, ensuring sustainable service delivery.

Key Requirements:
* Extensive executive leadership experience within hospitals, healthcare services, or acute clinical environments.
* Strong background in
nursing leadership
