Coastwide Preschool is entering an exciting new phase, and we are seeking a highly capable. Motivated leader who is ready to step in, take ownership and help shape and maintain an exceeding service.
We are seeking a warm, confident, and values-driven Director to lead our boutique 29 place preschool service in East Gosford.
This leadership role is for someone who enjoys being actively involved in daily practice, building strong relationships, and supporting educators to deliver high-quality early learning outcomes for children, families and educators.

About the Role
As Director, you will need to provide educational and operational leadership, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children and educators thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
· Leading and supporting a team of educators through clear, collaborative leadership
· Fostering a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
· Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community
· Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and Regulations
· Supporting high-quality educational programs and reflective practice
· Contributing to a positive, supportive workplace culture
About You
You bring both heart and leadership to your work and are:
· Warm, approachable, and enthusiastic
· A strong communicator who leads collaboratively and decisively
· Passionate about early childhood education and educator wellbeing
· Confident in regulatory requirements and quality standards
· Organised, proactive, and able to support day-to-day centre operations
Qualifications and Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Teacher Qualification
· Current Working with Children Check
· National Police Check
· First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection training
· Previous leadership experience (preferred)
