Support clients across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven to build independence, achieve meaningful goals, and participate fully in everyday life.
You will work with children, adults, and seniors across:
* NDIS
* Private practice
* Aged care
Service delivery includes homes, schools, clinics, and community settings — providing genuine clinical variety and scope.

About You
* AHPRA registration (or eligibility as a New Graduate OT)
* Commitment to client-centred, evidence-based practice
* Strong written communication and report-writing skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* NSW Driver Licence for regional travel
Senior and Team Leader Requirements
* Advanced clinical reasoning and autonomy
* Experience with NDIS participants and complex presentations
* Confidence supervising or mentoring junior clinicians
* Leadership capability and a commitment to clinical quality
