**Job Description**:
**Your new opportunity**:
As we continue to grow, we need to upgrade our facilities. Key role to design and manage the construction of new facilities or the redevelopment of existing facilities across the Penske Australia and New Zealand network.
In this role you will:
- Engage key stakeholders in the business to develop business cases for new buildings and major capital works plus develop funding proposals
- Evaluate and identify new sites
- Design facilities to ensure efficient workflow, cost-effectiveness, customer-focus and protected ergonomic environment for employees
- Negotiate formal documentation such as construction contracts and leases
- Monitor progress of works to ensure projects are completed within budget and agreed timeframes
- Instruct and manage external providers
- Ensure accurate and timely information is available covering all aspects of each project.
**About you**:
- Business degree qualifications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Previous experience in the construction and/or re-development of workshop facilities
- Advanced written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VISIO, CRM, etc)
