As Concierge for the World Square Branch of CommBank, you' ll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with to assist them. To do this you'l l :
3. Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
4. Build personal connection with customers through meaningfu l conversations to enhance their experience
5. Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
* Be aware o f movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience
We're interested in people who have:
6. A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
7. Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
8. The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
