We are seeking multiple versatile and adaptable team members to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a combined warehouse and sales role, requiring a hands-on approach across both operational and customer-facing functions.
The position involves retail sales as well as significant warehouse duties, including manual handling, unpacking incoming deliveries, stock management, and assisting with customer deliveries as required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible attitude, a willingness to contribute wherever needed, and the physical capability to perform regular manual tasks alongside sales responsibilities.
Prior experience in retail sales is required, along with availability to work Saturdays. Experience in warehouse or logistics environments will be highly regarded.

The Opportunity:
* Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner
* Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection
* Maintain outstanding store and warehouse condition and visual merchandising standards
* Picking and loading deliveries and pickups for customers
* Delivering orders to customers
* Receiving and unloading stock deliveries from suppliers
* Data entry, invoicing and receipt of stock
* Receipt of payment using the POS system
* Answering phone
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or warehousing
* Manual Driver's license required
* Forklift license advantageous
* Understanding of warehouse procedures, paperwork and computer programs
* Ability to work in a small team
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
