About the Role
This role will provide administrative support to a Partner, a Licensed Conveyancer and a team within the Property & Projects Practice.
Duties will include
Assisting with the preparation of legal documents related to property transactions, such as contracts of sale, transfer documents, registrations;
Conducting title searches;
Liaising with clients, conveyancers and estate agents;
Preparation of required forms for duty assessment by Revenue NSW;
Managing monthly billing;
Opening and closing files; and
Asssting with general administration.
Skills & Experience
2+ years conveyancing experience, working within NSW jurisdiction;
A desire for longevity in a support position;
Strong organisational skills; and
An ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
