This role involves working with families to prevent escalation and support children to remain safely at home.What will your responsibilities be?
Manage a caseload of CIN and CP cases.Develop and implement child protection and CIN plans.Conduct home visits and multi-agency meetings.Maintain accurate and timely records.Qualifications & Experience:To be successful in this role you must have,Social Work England registration.Proven experience in CIN/CP teams.Strong safeguarding knowledge and risk assessment skills.Ability to build effective relationships with children and familiesWhy Liquid Personnel?
