Join a leading Salesforce Partner, delivering complex integration programs across public sector, healthcare, and highly regulated industries. You'll supporting a financial servies engagement to modernise their technology landscape through scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions. Currently the engagement is in-flight to integrate a number of enterprise systems, the focus at this stage is Salesforce and D365 integrations.
Role
As an Integration Architect (IBM WebMethods), you will:
* Design and lead integration architectures across enterprise systems, leveraging API-led and microservices-based approaches.
* Provide technical leadership across middleware platforms, ESB, and event-driven architectures to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
* Translate high-level solution designs into detailed integration implementations aligned with business and technical requirements.
* Lead integration delivery across development, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
* Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and governance requirements.
* Troubleshoot complex integration issues, including performance bottlenecks and system failures.
* Manage and mentor integration developers, supporting capability uplift and delivery excellence.
* Maintain high-quality technical documentation across integration components and environments.
You will have
* 5+ years' experience in integration development - 2 years operating in an Architect or Technical Lead capacity.
* Strong hands-on experience with IBM WebMethods (Integration Server, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging) or similar integration platforms.
* Deep understanding of API-led architecture, ESB, event-driven systems, and integration patterns.
* Proficiency working with REST, SOAP, SFTP, XML, JSON, and related data formats and protocols.
* Strong knowledge of security standards including OAuth, JWT, SAML, and SSL/TLS.
* Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern delivery frameworks.
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver integration solutions in consulting or enterprise environments.
* Experience across cloud and hybrid integration environments.
