As part of our Electrification & Innovation (E&I) team, we’re seeking a full time Business Analyst (Electrification) to help shape the future of sustainable living through innovative product development. This role sits within a dynamic value stream focused on the end-to-end incubation and commercialisation of electrification products. You’ll work closely with a Product Owner and cross-functional teams to develop, deliver, and iterate products that help Australians decarbonise how they live and move. Key Responsibilities Requirements Analysis: Support product feature development through research and stakeholder collaboration. Prototyping & Feature Development: Create prototypes and collaborate with designers, marketers, and tech teams. User Engagement: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product design. Data Analysis: Analyse customer, sales, and market data to generate insights. Testing: Execute test cases and report defects across product functionality and user experience. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation including system architecture and process flows. Compliance: Ensure products meet relevant regulations and standards. Problem Solving & Adaptability: Tackle challenges and embrace new tasks with a growth mindset. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with service designers, digital teams, and marketing specialists. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in business analysis or product development. Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with regulations related to emerging technologies. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
