We have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance Operations team as a Project Manager working on our efm App. The purpose of the role is to successfully manage a high-performing team responsible for initiating and executing various projects that produce a high return on investment, aligning with current business objectives. The role has a strong focus on delivering a better experience for stakeholders, continuous improvement, and optimizing team and business performance.
Requirements
As the Project Manager, you will:
* Train, coach, and mentor team members to drive effective communication, business outcomes, engagement, and a high-performance culture.
* Manage performance of self and team through clear and actionable metrics.
* Ensure timely execution of deliverables through high-quality processes and strong relationships.
* Maintain excellence through quality project management aligned with efm's Quality Management System.
* Provide analysis and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.
* Ensure systems and controls are in place, including documented process maps/procedure manuals and relevant training.
* Ensure governance and compliance with legislation, regulations, and best practices.
* Adhere to Group practices and policies.
* Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process, technology, and best practice improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
We are looking for:
* 2+ years of experience in team management within a growing, dynamic organization.
* 2+ years of experience in project management and analysis.
* Tertiary education in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Commerce, or similar.
* Ability to adapt to and lead change.
* Proven track record in business improvement initiatives and fostering continuous improvement culture.
* Practical approach and operational work experience.
* Strong system, data, and analytical skills to identify trends and areas for correction.
* Leadership and management skills, with a practical understanding of contemporary people management practices.
* Experience in coaching and supporting professional development of others.
