**Description & Requirements**:
The role of **HR Support Officer** will see you working at our Head Offices in Victoria Park and responsible for supporting a talented HR function. You will form an integral part of the HR Administration team, tasked with delivering high quality and accurate HR data, and support to the business. Providing both query management and support to HR, and Operational functions, you will be adept at managing HR transactions, data, and process auditing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing HR transactions, including onboarding and employee set up, change of conditions, employee movements, performance management, timesheet completion, service recognition, and offboarding
- Preparing HR letters and documentation
- Providing advice/guidance on HR processes
- Work closely with an offshore HR administration team to process HR transactions
- Creation and updating of work instructions and processing
- Liaison with various Teams with Group HR, including Payroll, HR Advisory, Talent Management, IT, and Recruitment
**What you'll bring**:
- Experience in HR administration process from onboarding to offboarding
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A general understanding of human resource processes
- Knowledge of HR information systems
- Intermediate Excel skills in data analysis
- Proactive self-starter attitude
- Strong communication skills
