**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with product information queries 
- Provide pricing and catalogue information 
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and follow up 
- Manage and resolve escalated or complicated customer enquiries 
- Accurately enter customer information into internal databases 
- Act as a representative for the business, ensuring empathy and confidentiality when speaking with customers
