Telecommunications Technician – Wireless (Sydney, NSW)

CITA Services is looking for an experienced Telecommunications Technician to join our Sydney-based team delivering installation, commissioning and integration works across live wireless networks.
We are a technically led business — our field teams are trusted by clients to deliver complex wireless upgrades safely and correctly the first time. You will work with a high level of autonomy while supported by experienced project and technical leadership.

The Role
* Installation, testing and commissioning of telecommunications network equipment
* Integration and fault finding across carrier networks
* Interpretation of design drawings and technical documentation
* Bench testing and equipment verification
* Fibre optic testing, splicing and cable works
* Alarm systems installation and testing
* Waveguide and antenna termination and testing
* Completion of Hand Over Packs (HOP) in a timely manner
* Liaising with client and project teams to resolve technical issues
* Maintaining strict safety, quality and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
You are an experienced wireless technician who is practical, safety-focused, and takes pride in doing the job properly.
Ideally you will have:
* 5+ years' experience in wireless telecommunications
* Strong installation and commissioning capability
* Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Good understanding of WHSE requirements
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Strong communication skills and professional site presence
* Industry tickets: White Card, RADHAZ, Working at Heights, First Aid/CPR (or willingness to maintain)
* Full Australian working rights
* Relevant technical qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience are highly regarded
