What's on Offer
* Annualised rate $52/hr (including shift/penalty loadings)
* Total earning potential $105k+ super+ overtime + allowance + penalties
* 7/7 roster – 12‐hour shifts, every second week off
* 4 weeks days → 4 weeks nights → repeat (every 2nd week off)
* Tool allowance
* Relocation support available for the right candidate
The Role
You'll be part of a large maintenance team supporting a high‐volume food production facility. Work includes:
* Preventative & reactive maintenance
* Breakdown response across fast‐moving production lines
* Routine servicing and weekend PMs
* Working across multiple facilities within the site
* Ensuring safety, quality, and uptime targets are met
About You
We're looking for a trade‐qualified Maintenance Fitter with:
* Experience in FMCG, food, or heavy industrial environments
* Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently on a 12‐hour shift
* A proactive, safety‐first mindset
* Willingness to work rotating day/night blocks
