We're recruiting a full-time Swim Teacher / Swim Coach to join Collegiate Pool. This role will cover school group lessons, after-school programs and squad coaching. Strong administration skills and clear communication with schools are essential.
What you'll be doing
Planning and delivering high-quality swim lessons and squad coaching
Working with school groups, after-school programs and competitive swimmers
Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with schools and parents
Supporting pool operations as required
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience teaching swimming and coaching squads
Strong understanding of stroke efficiency, with particular expertise in teaching breaststroke
Current First Aid and Pool Lifeguard qualifications (or advanced equivalent).
Strong interpersonal skills
Valid Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable Persons (RWVP)
Current criminal history check (dated within 3 months of issue)
Experience working with children (desirable)
