Casual Gardener Role
This hands-on outdoor position is ideal for someone who enjoys manual labor, takes pride in presentation, and is seeking flexible and consistent casual shifts.
About the Position
* Maintaining gardens around the clubhouse, lodge precinct, car parks and estate
* Weeding, pruning, mulching, trimming and general garden upkeep
* Mowing and basic use of small equipment
* Maintaining pathways, entrances and presentation areas
* Assisting with planting and small landscape projects
About You
* Has experience in gardening, horticulture or grounds maintenance (preferred)
* Enjoys hands-on outdoor work
* Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in presentation
* Can safely operate small garden tools and machinery
* Works well independently and in a small team
* Holds a valid driver licence
This role requires an individual who can maintain gardens and undertake various gardening tasks. They should have relevant experience, enjoy manual labor and take pride in their work. Good communication skills are also required as they will be working in a small team. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate small garden tools and machinery.
