About the Role.
We are seeking a Trainee Machine Attendant / Labourer to join our hardworking team at our Rockhampton location. This casual role involves working in a manufacturing plant and learning all aspects of the daily operations, which can lead into a fulltime role for the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow safe manual handling techniques.
* Effectively multitask and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety of our yard and assets.
* Conduct housekeeping and equipment detailing to meet high standards within tight schedules.
* Identify and communicate any issues to the supervisor.
* Assist tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
* Perform yard duties as required.
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
* Good understanding of WH&S
* Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Physically fit to handle the role’s demands.
* Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
