Job Summary:
The Senior Operations Manager plays a crucial role in leading and managing business activities efficiently at Caloundra Christian College. This position involves strategic leadership, governance & compliance, financial management, property & resource management, administration leadership, and faith leadership.
This key role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively as part of the Executive Team. The successful candidate will be a committed Christian with current Church involvement and relevant qualifications in administration or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of governance.
* Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
* Property & Resource Management: Manage assets, resources, and facilities to optimize efficiency.
* Administration Leadership: Lead and manage administrative functions to support business operations.
* Faith Leadership: Provide spiritual guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:

* A valid Paid Working with Children Bluecard
