Transformation Team
Our Transformation team helps organisations reimagine what's possible and deliver impactful results. We partner with clients to uncover their needs, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful change. As a Transformation Consultant at Slalom, you'll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that operates closer to a strategy firm than a traditional consultancy — meaning everyone plays a meaningful role with the client from day one. You'll work directly with Engagement Leads, receiving clear direction while being empowered to take ownership of your workstream and engage directly with client stakeholders.
