**Our Opportunity**
This position will play a key role in leading the technical development team to deliver exceptionable products that are fit for purpose and meet customer and business expectations.
A Delivery Manager in the Development and Operations section will work collaboratively in a team of ICT professionals to provide:
- lead end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives (including proof of concept initiatives) to meet the expectation of customers and timelines
- proactively manage risk, resolve issues and identify dependencies to effectively manage through to resolution
- establish evidence-based reporting to key stakeholders and provide transparent communication to delivery forum and approval processes; and
- promote development in iterations, open collaboration, and process adaptability through a project lifecycle
You will work collaboratively across multiple teams of software developers, network and system engineers, solution architects and assist with project delivery.
**Who are we looking for?**
Specific requirements of the role:
- strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- demonstrated experience in delivering end-to end business and ICT projects in an Agile team using established methodologies and appropriate project management tools
- strong delivery management skills including the ability to:
- lead Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, develop and monitor project performance, budget and schedule
- report on project progress to key stakeholders
- qualifications in delivery management or project management (desirable but not essential), and/ or demonstrated experience in ICT delivery management as a delivery manager or project manager
- qualifications in Agile (Scrum) (desirable but not essential).
