The role

Following an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to join our dynamic Sydney Dispute Resolution team. This full‑time, permanent role will see you providing high‑level administrative support to a team of legal professionals known for their expertise, collaboration and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactive diary and inbox management
* Coordinating meetings and organising travel arrangements
* Document production including formatting and amendments
* Matter and file management, including opening and closing matters and maintaining electronic and physical filing
* Collating briefs for Counsel
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders to build strong working relationships
* Monthly billing, invoicing and client reporting
* Corporate expense reconciliation
* Online court filing and ordering court transcripts
* Conducting ASIC, PPSR and property searches in Citec
* Printing, filing and general administrative support
* Ad hoc duties as required

What you need

We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in legal administration. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role as a Legal Assistant and demonstrate:

* Strong organisational skills with excellent prioritisation and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Confident communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
* Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders
* Resilience, self-motivation and commitment to high-quality work
* A collaborative team approach and the ability to build positive working relationships
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
* Flexibility, adaptability and a proactive mindset
* A genuine desire to contribute to the success of the team
