**What you will be doing**:
- Guest Service Agent:_
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalised experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
- Porter:_
- Timely delivery of guests' luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the property
- Personalise guests' orientation of their room in a professional, friendly and engaging way
- Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
- Provide detailed and personalised information on Adelaide and surrounds
- In-Room Dining Attendant:_
- Delivering food & beverage service whilst bringing your personalised flair and industry experience to each guest interaction
- Maintaining product knowledge of menus and beverage lists
- Attend to guest requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
**Your experience and skills include**:
- Service focused personality is essential
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Full Driver license is a must; confident driver on both automatic and manual cars (Guest Service Agent & Porter roles only)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Prior experience working with Opera or a Property Management System
- Fluency in English language, both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset
