Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the Network Service Manager in managing our repair network. This role plays a crucial part in achieving cost-to-serve targets and ensuring our repairers meet their service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the coordination and onboarding of new repairers.
* Act as a support contact for repairers' inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of repairer contracts and documentation.
* Identify opportunities and gaps in the repair network.
* Support strategic planning to optimise network coverage and efficiency.
* Conduct regular quality checks, reviews, and prepare performance reports.
* Implement feedback and improvement plans for repair agents.
* Handle repair-related enquiries and escalations.
* Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
* Provide data to the contracts team for contract management.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Organise meetings with key OEMs and high-volume repairers.
* Support audits of repair centers.
* Maintain records of repairers' public liability insurance and qualifications.
* Review and approve invoices from repair agents.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
