We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Analyst to work in our NATA-accredited laboratory within our manufacturing facility.
The QC Analyst is responsible for executing and overseeing all analytical testing, including the daily operation of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) machines. These duties include developing, managing and executing protocols for the routine analytical testing of existing Vetafarm products in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager, in addition to analytical testing for research and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform testing to identify and assay the chemical composition of both raw materials and finished products as per standard testing procedures and pharmacopeial monographs using HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography).
* Analysis of samples for process validation, product validation and prepare reports of results accordingly.
* Routine maintenance and calibration of HPLC machinery and all laboratory equipment.
* Assess and research potential improvements to analytical equipment and procedures and provide recommendations to the Quality Assurance Manager.
* Assist in internal audits and face external audits like APVMA, NATA etc. as the Subject‐Matter Expert (SME) of HPLC and associated analytical activities.
* Perform all works in line with quality standards following GMP codes, NATA, and FeedSafe requirements.
About You
* Previous HPLC experience required.
* A pharmaceutical background is preferable.
* Quick learner with the ability to master a variety of tasks.
* Well‐developed communication skills and a can‐do attitude.
* Must have a current driver's licence and reliable transportation.
* Available to work full‐time Monday to Thursday (38 hours per week)
