What you will do?
* Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
* Assist in the set up and maintenance of dining and service areas
* Be well‑versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
* Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
More about you
* Previous food and beverage experience in a fast‑paced environment
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Food Safety Certificate
* Barista and Bartender skills is highly desirable
* Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experience
* Flexibility to work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including 4am shift starts
