Role Responsibilities
Review and evaluate AI-generated financial plans and advisory outputs for accuracy, compliance, and client suitability.
Calibrate investment and retirement planning models to ensure soundness and practical application.
Simulate and audit workflows such as asset allocation, risk profiling, estate planning, and retirement income planning.
Refine AI-produced reports, recommendations, and financial strategies to align with real-world client needs.
Provide structured feedback to improve the reliability and trustworthiness of AI-driven financial systems.
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and product teams to refine model outputs.
Qualifications
Strong professional experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar advisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field ; advanced certifications such as CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC are a strong plus.
Deep knowledge of financial planning principles, including retirement, estate, and investment planning.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial strategies.
Familiarity with compliance, fiduciary duties, and regulatory standards in financial advising.
Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a remote environment.
