**The role**:
Job Overview Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
Provide training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies Collect customer data and analyse interactions and visits, use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms using mainly Facebook, but also including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
This role won't be around for long. Really good opportunity for a junior-mid level social media specialist to level up. Or for a mid-level social media to take the next step.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create, manage, and optimise Ad campaigns across all channels (Facebook, IG) fitting our clients' needs
- Run comparative A/B tests for creatives, copy, and different ad-buying techniques
- Analyse and interpret data to draw insights and provide in-depth reporting for clients
- Manage, monitor, and maintain all social media accounts including scheduling of posts across all platforms and community management.
- Proficiency across the Adobe suite of creative tools. Photoshop & Illustrator imperative, video and photo editing tools a big plus.
- Work with clients to create content
- Manage clients by meeting their expectations in terms of strategy/project development, timelines, and results
- Collaborate on client strategy and goal definition for success
- Communicate effectively with clients and management on requirements, tasks and resources associated to social media
- Provide high quality customer service and effective communication to all clients
**About you**:
- Minimum 2 + years' experience working across branding, digital, social media
- Must be creative
- In-depth and thorough knowledge of Facebook, including troubleshooting.
- High attention to detail, with exceptional communication skills that contribute to efficient project execution.
- The ability to use design to solve problems and communicate ideas.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated, creative and hard working
- Ability to work as part of a team, take direction and work autonomously towards deadlines
- Collaborate with and counsel cross-functional colleagues and executives
- Have the right to work in Australia
