About the Role
The Senior Case Support Worker plays a key leadership role in delivering culturally safe, youth-focused services. Operating at a senior level, you will:
* Provide mentoring, guidance, and day-to-day support to clients and program staff.
* Deliver one-on-one case management and group support activities for young men.
* Strengthen connections with families, schools, and community networks.
* Collaborate with partner organisations to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
* Uphold best practice in service delivery in line with program frameworks and community values.

About You
Possess Certificate IV or higher qualification from a nationally recognised course in counselling, psychology, social work, mental health, youth work, Indigenous studies or related area.
Minimum of two years' experience working in a similar field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with young people, families, and stakeholders.
A sound understanding of local community dynamics and available support services.
A commitment to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth to thrive and reach their potential.
Have self-reflective capacity and the ability to address their own healing when needed.
Be patient, non-judgemental, adaptable, and able to support youth at different levels of development.
Value and practice respectful behaviours, honesty, responsibility, care, and safety.
Knowledge of computer systems required to record data including databases, Excel, and Word documents.
Must have driver's licence (or in process of obtaining).
Be able to obtain police clearance and working with children checks.
