What's on offer:
* Starting salary of $66,274 + 15.4% super, with a promotion to $75,431 + super after 12 months

* Work and learn with a supportive group of other Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander participants

You'll rotate through two different roles to explore your strengths. You could work as a:
* Digital Officer, assisting with cyber security and using tech to solve business problems.
* Client Engagement Officer, helping taxpayers on the phone and conducting audits.
* Administration Officer, managing records, preparing reports, and supporting business operations.
* Client Experience Officer, guiding clients on the phone through complex issues and helping them to use digital tools.
* Communication Officer, creating content for websites and social media, and helping inform Australians about tax and super.
