Human Resources Business Partner – Fiona Stanley Hospital
Permanent, full‐time position in a hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day working from home).
Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders to deliver clear, practical HR advice and support.
* Interpret and provide advice on multiple industrial instruments.
* Guide workforce planning, change initiatives and position management.
* Support the resolution of employee matters with care and professionalism.
* Coach and develop an HR consultant to build team capability.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience in HR roles within large or complex organisations.
* Confidence working in fast‐paced, high‐volume case management environments.
* Strong relationship‐building skills with a collaborative approach.
* A practical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
* Willingness to learn, grow and support others.
* Strong change‐management skills and experience.
