Electrician – Remote type: On‐Site
Position Overview
At Thales Australia, we build and power the systems and solutions people depend on every day. This role is based in Mulwala and involves installing, maintaining, repairing, and fault‐finding plant and equipment, as well as upgrading and programming electrical control systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct planned maintenance activities, condition monitoring and other preventive tasks to support both production and shutdown schedules.
* Repair, overhaul, fault‐find and program electrical equipment and control systems.
* Install, test and commission new and repaired equipment.
* Utilise computerised maintenance management systems to manage critical data.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Australian‐recognised Electrical qualification and licence.
* Ideally have post‐trade experience.
* Experience in industrial settings is welcomed; desire to learn our equipment will also be highly regarded.
* Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.

Location & Working Hours
Mulwala – Located 3 hours from Melbourne, on Lake Yarrawonga, near Mount Hotham and picturesque wine regions. Combination of work rosters on offer; relocation assistance provided if required.
