WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING
Our Professional Services Team is fast-paced, nimble, and stands for excellence. You will be a vital part of this team. This role is for someone who loves variety and is passionate about growing a career as a world-class consultant. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of Microsoft endpoint management and security solutions and assist with the continued growth of our End-User Computing practice. Your main responsibilities include:
* Building relationships with partners and customers
o Working closely with our partners to deliver exceptional outcomes
o Owning customer success
o Identifying and developing opportunities for our partners and customers
* Delivering projects for our customers
* Technical ownership and delivery of end-to-end Microsoft projects
* Presales and technical architecture for a wide range of Microsoft services including Microsoft Intune (including Windows Autopilot and Configuration Manager), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Entra ID and Entra Conditional Access, Windows 11, iOS / iPadOS, macOS, and Android
* Demonstrating leadership in a project from start to finish: managing customer timelines, adoption, usage tracking, and building relationships
* Documentation including scopes of work, design documents, as-built documents, test plans, etc.
* Assisting with keeping our well-defined and successful Insentra methodologies current and forward-thinking
* Keeping up to date in the extremely fast-paced world of IT

LOCATION
Eastern States, Australia. Potential for visiting client sites.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Deep understanding of what makes for a great end-user experience on Windows in enterprise environments.
* 10+ years as a consultant and SME in End User Computing, particularly in Microsoft device management and security.
* Previously worked in Professional services or can demonstrate IT project-based experience.
* Presales experience, including writing SOWs and WBS.
Expert skills in:
* Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access.
* Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft Edge.
Advanced knowledge of:
* Windows desktop and server OS systems including management, and deployment.
* Application packaging, deployment, and patching.
* Windows features, updates and security components.
* PowerShell and other automation frameworks.
Advanced skills in cloud and on-premises skills:
* Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policies, Active Directory Certificate Services.
* Microsoft Configuration Manager.
EXPERIENCE DESIRED (NICE TO HAVE)
* Security and Device Management: Expertise in Azure security services and non-Microsoft device management tools. Familiarity with Patch My PC, Apple macOS, Okta SSO solutions.
* Automation and Scripting: Skills with Microsoft Graph API and automation tools (Azure Bicep, Terraform, PowerShell).
* Cloud and Virtualization: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and VDI solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Citrix).
* Operating Systems: Understanding of Unix/Linux OS management.
