We are looking for an experienced and community minded Meal Services Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day operation of our kitchen, dining room, café and meal delivery services, based at the Grenville Hub. What You Will Get To Do
* Coordinate the daily operations of the Grenville Hub kitchen, dining room, café and meal delivery services.
* Support the delivery of fresh and frozen meals to older community members through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).
* Support volunteers and operational staff technical skills, food quality and presentation and meal service delivery.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and positive dining experiences.
* Coordinate menu planning, stock control, purchasing and supplier coordination.
* Maintain food safety, HACCP and compliance standards.
* Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
What You Will Bring
You are an organised and customer‐focused professional who enjoys working with people and delivering high-quality services.
* Experience in hospitality, food services, aged care, community services or a similar operational environment.
* Strong coordination skills with experience supporting staff or volunteers.
* Sound knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving and continuous improvement.
Food Safety Supervisor qualifications and experience working with older people or community-based services will be highly regarded.
