**Your Role as Lead Nurse Practitioner**We are seeking a Lead Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced, autonomous paediatric palliative care at Hummingbird House. In this key leadership role, you will manage complex clinical presentations, collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, and provide supervision and governance for Nurse Practitioner Candidates and advanced practice nurses. You will help deliver safe, high‐quality, family‐centred care for children with life‐limiting conditions across Queensland, while upholding the Mission, Vision, and Values of Wesley Mission Queensland.
