We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Morphett Vale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, efficient, and courteous customer-focused front reception and telephone duties. They will also record personal, sensitive, and confidential information of clients, manage relevant client information databases, and provide necessary documentation to therapists and medical professionals.
* Performing professional, efficient, and courteous customer-focused front reception and telephone duties.
* Recording of personal, sensitive, and confidential information of clients who are referred to the service either by phone or face-to-face contact.
* Managing relevant client information databases and client records, providing necessary documentation to therapists and medical professionals as required.
